⚠️ Tell Angel Oak which afternoon it is. Kaleidoscope is his default — if nobody tells them he's riding the bus that day, he gets walked to aftercare and the bus leaves without him.

💡 If that 25 minutes gets old: Piper's bus is at 7:58 from the top of Olivia Marie Ln — the same stop Kinsley uses. Put her on it and your morning ends at Angel Oak at 7:32 instead of 8:10. Week one is behind you now — this is the week to try it.
Afternoon — only if you need it
Normally Kinsley and Piper bus home and Colten's at Kaleidoscope. This is the order for a sick day, early pickup, or a bus that doesn't show.
Drive times are estimates off the map, no school-line traffic. Time it Tuesday and tell me the real numbers — I'll lock them in.

✅ Johns Island's early schedule is real. It genuinely moved from 8:30–3:30 to 7:25–2:25 — confirmed on the school's own FAQ and the district bell schedule. Don't trust an old Google result on this.
⚠️ Angel Oak has two published end times — the district lists 2:45, the school handbook says dismissal runs 2:30–3:00. Either way, be in the line by 2:40. Call 843-559-6412 if you want the exact minute.
⚠️ Early release = 12:15, not 2:15. Johns Island's principal sent a correction on Aug 9 — her first email had the normal dismissal time by mistake. Sept 4 is the first one.

✅ Confirmed departmentalized, like Piper's grade — Mr. Sbarra has ELA/Social Studies, Mrs. Delaney has Math & Science. Her name is still spelled from memory — I'll confirm it off the JoIES staff board. Art and Music still aren't on the schedule.
📣 Tell her teacher Kinsley is a BUS rider. The principal asked every family to confirm their child's PM transportation — do it on day one so there's no confusion at dismissal.
